Take A Break
Many including myself did this when college got over. And it did wonders. A break does not mean go off for a year or two. Instead take 3-6 months off. Try your hand at different activities and see what excites you. Not necessary what you studied for in college is the right kind of stream you want to pick as a career .
Make A Career Plan
The easiest way to do something is to plan. Make a list of things you want form your next organisation. Set goals of what you want to achieve from your job and think clearly on the type of organisation you want to be a part of. Make a 5 year plan so that you know where you want to stand in a half a decade and work towards it.
Plan For Further Studies
Studying further is at times the right solution. If you picked up a stream in college that will enable you to study further then by all means it is a good idea. Firms love degrees and the more you have the better are your chances of getting a grander job. Moreover, you can do short term allied courses that will enhance your chances of cracking the perfect job.
