James Julep
A smooth blend of honey and mint with Black and White Whisky
Glassware: High Ball
Ingredients: - Black and White Whisky 45 ml
- Honey Water 45 ml
- Mint leaves 20 Nos
- Soda Top Up
Method: Take a high ball glass and pour the whisky and honey water one after the other. Top it up with soda and a mint sprig on the edge.
Garnish: Mint Sprig
The 69th Barrel Old Fashioned with a twist! Vat 69 Whisky served with star anise and apple
Glassware: Rocks
Ingredients: - Vat 69 Whisky 60 ml
- Star Anise 2 Nos
- Apple Juice 45 ml
- Angosutra Bitters 2 Drops
Method: Pour your ingredients one after the other in glass and build it up, gently stir it and your drink is ready!
Garnish: Cherry
Black Dog Gold Coin Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve served with cinnamon and a touch of Sauvignon Blanc
Glassware: Rocks
Ingredients: - Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve 60 ml
- Cinnamon Syrup 15 ml
- Sauvignon Blanc 30 ml
Method: Take all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and gently shake it. Serve it in a rock glass with a slice of apple and cinnamon sticks on the edge.

- Angostura bitters 2 Drops

- Ginger Ale Top Up
