In a recent Facebook chat, Alia and celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar revealed the benefits of daily foods and what was Alia eating to maintain her fab body.

Alia’s association with Rujuta began with ‘Udta Punjab’ and since then, they have been doing a fabulous job.

During the chat, they debunked many myths about daily foods and eating carbohydrates, etc.

“I make my paneer and dahi from that organic milk too and consume it fresh. It works as a natural fat burner and gives me a good skin tone. It’s my job to look fabulous,” said Alia. She also eats dal khichdi and curd rice with a spoonful of ghee.

Alia says a vegetarian diet can also have lots of proteins. Even curd rice has proteins. “Have plenty of vegetables and grains and that fulfil the protein requirement,” said Rujuta.
