Ted Sarandos, Netflix's chief content officer who has acquired content for Netflix since 2000, and reportedly made $18.9 million in 2016, recently purchased a Malibu property for $20 million with his wife, Nicole Avant.

The ocean-front, three-story main home is a modern-day Italian palazzo style with beach access and a guest house.
Sarandos purchased the property from L.A. based financier J. Blair Frank, who had rented the property to Janet Jackson in 2009. Take a look at the gorgeous space, below.
