Former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci reportedly ripped into former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon and called him a messaianic loser during a speech to a crowd at a Hanukkah party in New York on Sunday.

Scaramucci, whose less-than-two-week tenure was cut short after an expletive-filled rant to the New Yorker, was reportedly invited to the Hanukkah party to discuss his November investment trip to Israel, according to Page Six.

"He's a loser," Scaramucci said of Bannon, Page Six reported. "He'll be a stalwart defender of Israel until he's not. That's how this guy operates. I've seen this guy operate. He was a stalwart defender of me until it became better for him not to be."

Scaramucci, who previously suggested that President Donald Trump needed "to move away from that sort of Bannon-bart nonsense," continued to rail against Bannon by accusing the Breitbart News executive chairman of leaking sensitive details on the inner workings of the White House.

"The problem with Bannon is he's a messianic figure," Scaramucci continued. "It's his way or the highway. He was dramatically and incredibly divisive in the White House ... He was leaking on everybody ... You don't leak on the president if you're the president's senior adviser. So the guy's a loser."

Scaramucci's attendance to the Jewish party comes after the outrage from a potentially anti-Semitic Twitter poll conducted by Scaramucci Post, his nascent media company. After issuing an apology and saying the poll was trying to "promote Holocaust education and awareness," Scaramucci announced that his company would donate $25,000 to the Simon Wiesenthal Center, a Jewish human-rights group.

Scaramucci, whose colorful personality created a spectacle for the media during his time in the White House, also touched on the hectic nature of working there.

"The first pill you take is the 'anti-friendship' pill," Scaramucci reportedly said of the atmosphere in the Trump White House. "You can be my friend for 30 years, but I'm gonna stab your eyeball out with an ice pick if it gets me more power. The second pill you take is the 'power is aphrodisiac' pill."
