If you are looking for a job, chances are that the coming six months would bring you some good news. As per the bi-annual ‘Hiring Outlook’ survey 2016 from Naukri, about 77% of the recruiters are expecting
The maximum jobs would come in the IT-Software sector (24%), followed by ITES (15%) and retail (11%).

Almost half of the polled recruiters were of the view that the coming six months would also see replacement hiring along with new jobs in the middle management level.
