Can These Bagel Balls Replace The Classic New York Bagel?

So naturally, trying to change this beloved breakfast treat would seem futile at best. But that's exactly what a new shop in downtown Manhattan is trying to do.
Bantam Bagels on Bleecker Street is selling little bagel balls filled with different types of cream cheese. The shop is owned by husband and wife, Nick and Elyse Oleksak who hope to "change the way you bagel."
We stopped by the shop to find out more about Bantam Bagels and brought some back to the Business Insider offices to put them to the test with some of our co-workers.
