Claiming HRA benefits is just a click away now

Running from pillar to post for claiming house rent allowance is going to be a thing of the past.

An online tax filing platform, Cleartax.in, has rolled out free-to-use product that will generate a rent receipt online.

All you need is enter the required personal details, rent allowance and PAN card.

"It takes about a minute to generate rent receipts. The employee can print the PDF generated, get it signed from the landlord and submit to the HR Department," said Archit Gupta, founder and CEO, Cleartax.in
