DLF Chairman KP Singh’s daughter just bought a sprawling house for Rs 435 crores

In one of the biggest deals for a property in Lutyen’s Delhi, DLF Chairman KP Singh’s daughter Renuka Talwar bought a real estate property at Rs 435 crores.The property located at Lutyen’s Delhi has a builtup area of around 1,189 square metre and was sold at Rs 8.8 lakh per sq m. However based on present rate, it’s value is estimated at Rs 383 crore.
The seller was Kamal Taneja, managing director of real estate developer TDI Infracorp. The last biggest transaction was a property on Prithviraj Road, which was purchased by Shahi Exports' Harish Ahuja. It was a 2,650 sq m plot with about 836 sq m of built-up area for Rs 173 crore in September 2015 at Rs 6.53 lakh per sq m.
Renuka Talwar is married to GS Talwar, non-executive director at DLF. KP Singh owns two bungalows on Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Road in Lutyens' Delhi. 2016 was a dull year in Lutyen’s Delhi compared to last year.
