House Democrats capitalized on the viral photo of Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and his wife, Louise Linton, holding an uncut print of the new dollar bills featuring his signature on Thursday.

During debate on the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the GOP legislation aimed at overhauling the federal tax code, Democrats pleaded on the House floor against the bill. While using viral images and memes in floor charts as lawmakers make their speeches is common practice in Congress, Thursday featured a fresh viral sensation.

The floor chart featured Mnuchin and his wife holding the uncut print of one dollar bills, as well as the Democrats' hashtag to raise awareness in their case against the GOP bill, #GOPTaxScam.

 The bill ultimately passed, 227-205.
