Everything collapsed at a government-funded construction site in China - a worker captured it on camera

In Shenzhen, China, the foundation of a new government-funded construction site collapsed. Workers on site captured this footage as it occurred. No one was injured and the collapse was slow enough for workers to escape. Officials blame the collapse on "soft ground."
