Early Uber investor Benchmark Capital is suing former Uber CEO Travis Kalanick for alleged fraud, Axios' Dan Primack first reported on Thursday. The VC firm is also suing Kalanick for alleged breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty, according to Axios.
