A PTI report quoted merchant banking source saying that the draft papers for all the three Initial Public Offers (IPOs) were being submitted to SEBI today.

If we believe the sources quoted by this leading news agency, InterGlobe Enterprises, which runs 'IndiGo' airline, is looking to raise Rs 2,000-2,500 crore through the IPO. On the other hand, Teamlease, a leading recruitment consultant, human resource outsourcing and staffing company in India, is looking to raise Rs 450-500 crore. And Infibeam, a domestic online retailer, is eyeing nearly Rs 400 crore.

In May this year, IndiGo retained domestic market leadership as it clocked 38.9% market share, carrying 27.69 lakh passengers during the month, a DGCA report revealed.

In fiscal 2015, IndiGo is estimated to have recorded a profit of $150-175 million, aviation think-tank 'Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation' (CAPA) said earlier this month.
