Internet sensation 'Alex from Target' is out with a hilarious music video
The Texas teen, whose real name is Alex Lee, became an overnight sensation after a photo of him working the checkout counter at Target went viral online and teenage girls started gushing over his looks.
Now he's out with a new music video.
The 16-year-old gained nearly one million Twitter followers in a matter of days when his photo went viral last year.
Target had to pull him from the cash registers and move him to the back of the store because so many teenage girls came to the store looking for him.
In an interview at the time with the New York Times, Alex said had to avoid leaving his house because the attention from girls was so overwhelming. He also said he was getting death threats online, in addition to hundreds of marriage proposals from teenage girls.
Since then, Lee has grown a little more comfortable with his fame.
He has launched his own YouTube channel and joined DigiTour, which tours teenage viral sensations around the country.
