It is a serious problem and need to be looked into and more so as India aspires to grow with a higher growth rate for years to come and be an economic superpower.

This is one area where Government of India needs to look into for its’ Skill Development Initiative (SDI).

The problem has multiple dimensions and one dimension is the student approach towards MBA program. At several places, many students are just interested in getting a job without focusing on adding any value resulting from a huge mismatch between industry expectations and MBAs.
