LIVE: Leon Cooperman And Howard Marks Are Speaking

Leon Cooperman of Omega Advisors and Howard Marks of Oaktree are discussing the economy and the market at the Bloomberg Market's Most Influential Summit.

Bloomberg TV's Stephanie Ruhle is the moderator.

The two titans have known each other for 40 years.

Ruhle asked them about the concerns that are being voiced today.

Marks made a Warren Buffett reference.

"Buffett says 'the less prudence with which others conduct their affairs, the more prudence we should conduct ours'. There's not that much prudence around. It's our job to be prudent," Marks said.
