The Russian President just signed a megadeal with China, estimated to be worth more than $400 billion, that will involve building a massive pipeline that will send natural gas from Russia to China for 30 years.
Putin is also meddling in Ukraine, where there is a presidential election on Sunday despite pro-Russian separatists commandeering about 15% of the country and attacking Ukrainian troops.
