Messaging app Telegram announced on Tuesday it had hit that milestone, so it threw a giant party to celebrate with magician David Blaine, British musician Tom Odell, and producer Mark Ronson.
It held the party inside Barcelona's maritime museum and invited journalists, VCs, tech execs, and entrepreneurs who were in town for the Mobile World Congress trade show.
