Every success story has a rhythm of its own, literally. From Starbucks to Facebook to PWC, every business conglomerate has a trademark song to inspire their employees and the world. Inspirational quotes and speeches became old class when these companies took to creating a rhythm of their success.

A 2008 video of former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer shows the world how it is done. During a speech to his employees, he starts chanting, "Developers, developers, developers, developers..." He pauses momentarily and resumes again, clapping his hands as his staff joins him.

The template of Starbucks, “We built this city on rock and roll” was sung by Jefferson Starship. In 2006, at an awards ceremony for the company's licensed stores, a band comprising of the firm’s executives took to stage and sang, "We built this Starbucks on heart and soul."

For Faceboook, the fans always did the wonders. In 2012, when Facebook prepared to launch their IPO, a group of fans created a groovy number called the 'Thank You Facebook Song' and sang "I'm taggin' you, You're taggin' me, And we're makin' history.”

Set to a 80s hip-hop rhythm, PricewaterhouseCoopers created a rap song called ‘Downright Global’ in 2002, that highlighted the firm's financial competencies with words like, "Innovation, imagination/Fascination, total global integration/PricewaterhouseCoopers, PWC! Somewhere, Vanilla Ice went, "Alright, stop!"
