For the promotion of Ghajini, Aamir Khan stepped into the shoes of a hair dresser and gave many of his fans the unique hair style that he sported in the film.
5. Sex Survey (Udaan)
It was for his directorial venture Udaan that director Anurag Kashyap conducted a sex survey. Using over 1000 respondents, his team found out that one in five teens have watched porn before the age of 13, one in five teens have got intimate in the school/college. These statistics were used on the posters and promos of the film.
6. Real dead body (Agyaat)
The makers of Agyaat took the promotions of their spooky movie to the next level by hanging a dummy of a human dead body on the hoardings of the film. The blood oozing out of the dummy’s sight was such an eerie sight that the onlookers complained the police and got them removed.

7. John the Love Guru (Jhoota Hi Sahi)
To promote his movie, Jhoota Hi Sahi, John became a Love Guru for fifteen days. A number was published on the hoardings and John’s fans could actually call him in case they needed any advice about their love life.
