Netflix thinks it knows exactly what you're likely to watch after binging certain TV shows.
According to a new study by Netflix sent to INSIDER, the streaming site analyzed viewing data of more than 86 million members across 190 countries between January and October 2016. Netflix looked at members who had completed all seasons of one series before moving onto another. It was found that 36% of all Netflix members watched a standalone title such as a movie, documentary, or stand-up special before moving onto their next bingewatch.
Over 30 million were found to watch a movie next. Netflix analyzed over 100 TV shows to discover which movies were most often paired with shows per market.
