The Premier League's new £5.1 billion TV deal, struck last year with BT Sports and Sky Sports, is worth up to £50 million a year for each team in the top flight, meaning that each of the 20 clubs has been able to make major purchases this summer.
Using data from transfer website, Transfermarkt.co.uk, we took a look at the major arrivals and departures from each team, and ranked them according to their net spend.
Unsurprisingly, traditional big spenders like Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea come close to the top of the table, while smaller clubs tended to part with less cash. Some even came away with a profit from the window.
