REPORTS: There's An Active Shooter Near Canadian Parliament

Police have confirmed that someone who appears to be a uniformed soldier has been shot at Canada's national war memorial, according to CBC News.

The war memorial is near Ottawa's parliament building, which has reportedly been locked down.

The shooter has not yet been apprehended.
