Railways to launch 'Clean My Coach' app in line with Modi’s 'Swachh Bharat'

Your railway coach will soon be cleaned with an online complaint. Indian railways is set to launch the 'After successful checks, Central Railways has given the green signal for its long routes.
The online complaint will be looked into within just 15 minutes. It can be filed on the website or the app. Passengers have to just enter their PNR numbers.
After a complaint is lodged, an SMS with coach and berth details will be forwarded to a train attendant. Once the complaint is addressed, the attendant will ask for an acknowledgement of the services offered.
The app will help prompt cleaning of toilets and coaches in long-distance trains that have housekeeping staff.
