Intex was one of the new comers to be mentioned in the list. So far, there is no word on the other new members such as HTC, Asus, and Acer as to when they will be outing their Android One smartphones.

Up till now, Android One Smartphones that are there in the market are powered by a MediaTek chipset but now even Qualcomm has joined the party. So we are really excited to see the first Android smartphones that will run on Snapdragon chipsets but so far there are no timelines available for that.
