Telcos have to pay you for call drops

Telecom regulator TRAI has rejected pleas from Indian telcos not to compensate customers for call drops. Telecom companies flagged several problems in implementing the regulations and warned that mobile tariffs would go up.However, India’s telecom authorities have rejected the argument.

COAI and AUSPI represent all GSM and CDMA operators in the country.
