Finance is one of them.

To find which banks and financial services companies are most generous when it comes to compensation, Glassdoor sifted through thousands of salary reports and compared the total median compensation (base pay, plus any commissions, tips, bonuses, etc.) for each finance company, as reported by employees over the past year.

For the purposes of this report, a "finance company" is defined as one in which part of the company's core products or services provide financial services and support, borrowing and lending, and/or payments.
