Good morning. Here's everything you need to know in the world of advertising today.

1. Europe's biggest airline is calling on Google to prevent "misleading" search ads. Ryanair claims "sitescraper" websites are masquerading as its brand by using a Ryanair subdomain, and unlawfully selling flights on its behalf to confused consumers.

2. These are the 10 most valuable brands in the world. Apple tops the list again this year in Interbrand's annual rankings.

3. Twitter confirmed it has appointed Jack Dorsey as its CEO. Adam Bain, Twitter's president of global revenue, has been promoted to COO.

4. Jack Dorsey is the best (and maybe only) choice for Twitter CEO. Twitter needs both a product-oriented CEO and an insider - he ticks both those boxes.

5. The Daily Mail's US chief executive Jon Steinberg is leaving the company at the end of the year, The Wall Street Journal reports. It's not yet known where he's off to next.

6. These are the news sites that use up the most data when you load them up on your phone. Boston.com is the worst culprit, according to a New York Times test of the top 50 news site home pages.

7. These are the worst retail Photoshop disasters of all time. From missing limbs, to bizarre thigh gaps.

8. Emirates airlines is betting $20 million on Jennifer Aniston to help sell more flights. It has launched a global advertising campaign, created by ad agency RKCR/Y&R.

9. American Apparel made one huge mistake that led to its downfall. The brand toned down its marketing.

10. Europe's highest court rejected the "safe harbor" agreement used by American tech companies. It's the transatlantic agreement that lets American companies use a single standard for consumer privacy and data storage in both the US and Europe.
