The 20 most expensive zip codes in America

Over the past year, homes in the area, part of the Hamptons, sold for a median price of over $5 million.
The list of most expensive zip codes was compiled by the data team at real estate listings site Property Shark, which calculated the median sale price for each zip code based on closed sales that took place between January 2014 and June 2015.
They found that the most expensive places to buy a house are on either coast, with New York, Florida, and California dominating the list.
Here's what the most exclusive communities in the country look like.
