The 22 biggest crowdfunding campaigns of 2016

2016 has been another strong year for crowdfunding in the UK with Crowdcube, Britain's leading platform, passing the milestone of £200 million ($253 million) raised over its platform since inception.

Off3r, a platform that aggregates investment opportunities across peer-to-peer (P2P) and crowdfunding platforms, has pulled together a list of the biggest crowdfunding campaigns this year in Britain. The company says over £170 million has been raised through crowdfunding in Britain up to October this year.
