This $85 million NYC apartment comes with a trip to space.

An $85 million penthouse apartment in New York City comes with some mind-blowing extras.
The buyer of the 10-bedroom Manhattan condo will get two tickets for a trip to outer space.
They'll also be given a $1 million yacht, a one-year vacation rental in the Hamptons, two Rolls Royce Phantoms, and a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster.
Celebrities including Brendan Fraser, Jeremy Piven, and Hilary Duff have reportedly called the building home.

A luxury duplex penthouse in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood will cost you a cool $85 million to buy, but some sweet perks come along with the hefty purchase.

Most notably, the buyer of 635 W. 42nd St. #45 will get two tickets for a trip to outer space, each worth $250,000.

The 10-bedroom penthouse of the Atelier Condominiums complex has been on the market for two years, according to Daniel Neiditch, president of Atelier Condominiums and River2River Realty. Fortune magazine, however, reported that it's been for sale for five years.

Neiditch told Business Insider the listing was recently put back on the market with added bonuses - including the space trip - and the addition of an extra 5,000 square feet, so it now occupies the entire top floor of the building and half the floor below.

Celebrities and other prominent names love living in the building for its privacy, security, and location, according to Neiditch.

Here's a look inside.

The condo is located at 635 W. 42nd Street #45 in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. There are 478 apartments in the building.

The penthouse takes up the entire top floor of the building and half the floor below, bringing it to 15,000 total square feet.

The buyer will be able to take in stunning city views while playing a game of billiards.

Floor-to-ceiling windows line most exterior walls of the apartment.

The view of the Hudson River might only be beat by the view from outer space.

There are 10 bedrooms...

...and 11 bathrooms.

The floors are white oak.

Whoever buys the penthouse will be given two ticket to space — worth $250,000 each — with 'one of the major providers of space travel,' Neiditch said.

'Basically you go into outer space for a few minutes, look around outside, and then you come back to earth," Neiditch said.

On top of that, the buyer will get two Rolls Royce Phantoms and a Lamborghini thrown in to sweeten the deal even further.

The cost of a 2018 Rolls Royce Phantom starts at $420,325 and the Lamborghini Aventador starts at $402,995.

But that's not all. The buyer will also get access to a Hamptons vacation rental for one summer...

...courtside season tickets to the Brooklyn Nets for a year, which can cost up to $130,000, according to a representative for the Nets...

...and a $1 million yacht, with one year of docking fees included.

The 47-story building has a 24-hour concierge and valet service.

Residents can get their workouts in at the tennis, basketball, and bocce ball courts, the golf driving range, or the large lap swimming pool.

There's also a fitness center and a yoga and pilates studio.

The rooftop offers panoramic views of the city and spots to relax and soak up the sun.

There's even a private movie theater...

...and an ice skating rink.

To top it all off, residents can enjoy a complimentary daily breakfast in the lobby.

Celebrities love the building for its privacy, security, and location, according to Neiditch.

Stars including Hilary Duff, Brendan Fraser, Lindsay Lohan, and Dane Cook have called the Atelier home at one point or another, Neiditch said.

'You have people from all different walks of life, all over the world,' Neiditch told Business Insider. 'It's a very unique building. It has a very good reputation for privacy, and the location is very key.'

If the penthouse condo isn't exactly to your liking, you can make renovations using a $2 million construction credit that comes with the purchase.

'[The penthouse] is for someone who's going to move to New York and wants to jump into a New Yorker's lifestyle,' Neiditch said. 'You come in from another country or another place in our country. You jump right into New York and you have all this stuff. You have the Hamptons house... You take the boat out in the Hudson. You can jump right in and be a New Yorker from day one.'
