July 1 is the anniversary of the Walkman, the handheld cassette tape player that first went on sale in 1979 and then dominated the music industry for decades.
Today, it's been largely replaced, first by the iPod and now by smartphones. And as it turns out, kids don't even recognize the once famous device.
The Fine Brothers have a hilarious video on their wildly successful YouTube channel that shows children reacting to the Walkman.
