The fast way to deal with photo issues right on your phone is Adobe's Photoshop Express app, available for Android, iOS, and Windows. It lacks the sheer power of iOS-only Enlight (which, ironically enough, comes closer to replicating the skills of desktop Photoshop), but is much more straightforward to use.
