Trump praises South Korean president's use of the word 'deplorable': 'That's been a very lucky word for me and many millions of people'

After a translator read the South Korean president's comments to assembled press at the United Nations meeting between the two leaders, during which Moon made the comments about the North Korean regime's "extremely deplorable" actions," Trump said he was "happy" Moon "used the world 'deplorable.'"
"That's been a very lucky word for me and many millions of people," Trump said.
The reference was to a remark made by then-Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, who said at an event last September that half of Trump's supporters could be put in a "basket of deplorables," a remark seized upon by Trump to make the claim that Clinton viewed the American electorate with disdain.
