Greek media are reporting that Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is going to give a speech live on state TV shortly to explain his latest letter to creditors.

Most media have seen the latest counter proposal from Tsipras as giving in to creditors demands - Greece just asks for two relatively minor amendments.

But government sources have said the latest proposals are not a sign that Tsipras is "caving", according to AFP.
