Days of heavy rain have caused flooding in Western Europe, and Paris is underwater.

The River Seine is due to hit a peak of almost 21 feet above its normal level today, as the flood waters in in the city continue to rise. French President Francois Hollande declared a state of emergency Thursday, and the Louvre and Orsay museums have already started moving some of their priceless works to safety.

The owner of this Rolls-Royce, who left his car parked along the Seine, is probably going to want to move it before things get worse.
