An Insight.
Activity on day 01 was to familiarize the interns with the values and principles of the company but in the most fun way possible. In The Amazing Race interns were divided in 9 teams and were assigned total of 9 challenges spread across the Godrej campus in Vikhroli.
All teams had to complete all 9 Challenges in the correct order. The team that completed all the 9 tasks first was deemed winners.

The challenges varied from creating a TVC to solving a jigsaw puzzle to making salad out of given recipe. The motive behind the tasks was to incorporate most of the products from Godrej portfolio in the game for quicker understanding of the interns.

Apart from fun games and formal induction, interns were excused to have heart to heart conversation with ex-interns who are now part of the company. The session was rightly titled- “Things we wish someone had told us”.

Two fun filled days were concluded by a get together at the end before the batch disperses across the globe for their respective tasks.

Godrej has just begun with its 2 month internship program called Gurukul. Selected interns will get to be part of Godrej’s management trainee program called Gallop.
