Jabong has been up for sale for a while now. Flipkart has piped the lies of Future Group, Kunal Bahl’s Snapdeal and Aditya Birla-owned Abof to acquire it.
After this deal, Myntra and Jabong will have a combined base of 15 million monthly active users, and an assortment of global brands exclusive to both the platforms. That might work in the deal's favor.
