Samsung launches Galaxy S8 and S8+ in India

Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+, the latest flagship smartphones from Samsung have been launched in India after being unveiled globally last month.

Indians will get their hands on the Exynos variants of both phones, i.e, they will be powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 8895 (2.35GHz Quad + 1.9GHz Quad) processor.

Talking of Galaxy S8, it comes with a 5.8-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED curved display, housing a 5.8-inch display and a 3,000mAh battery. The S8+ on the other hand comes with a 6.2-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED curved display, a 6.2-inch screen along with a 3,500mAh battery.

Galaxy S8 has been priced at Rs 57,900 while for Galaxy S8+, oen would need to shell out Rs.64,900.
