Meet the 86 gorgeous contestants competing in Miss Universe

The Miss Universe pageant is 64 years old, and one of the most publicized beauty pageants around the world. Airing January 29 at 7 p.m., Steve Harvey will be returning (after an embarrassing blunder last year) alongside model Ashley Graham.

The competition will feature 86 women - ranging in age from 18 to 27 years old - who hail from all around the globe, from the USA to the Philippines, where the pageant is being held this year.

While the contestants do wear swimsuits and evening gowns, it's the "National Costume" portion of the event where the women don creative, elaborate, and patriotic getups that they believe best represent their home country.
