The company just had a disastrous earnings report, and confirmed that the major bottleneck in Model 3 production is a battery plant in Nevada. She says this battery issue is more troubling than a simpler assembly line problem, and points out that the head of Tesla's director of battery engineering left to start his own company, which is interesting timing.
