These coaches have been given beautiful interiors and jerk-less seats. Additionally, say goodbye to teh red and green seats as the seats too have been given a colour makeover and the colour replacing them is purple. According to the Indian Railways, these purple seats instantly give a high class look and feel.
They have also ensured that the coaches are spacious and have bigger side-berths. What more? They also come equipped with a snacks table, LED reading lights and bio-toilets installed.
There's more. The floor of the coach is painted like a carpet, the seats are fire-proof and there is a water-bottle holder next to every seat.

While the AC coaches have cost the government a whopping Rs 70 lakh, sleeper coaches have cost around Rs 40 lakh.
