This is what the inside of Hyperloop pods could look like

As Elon Musk's Hyperloop transportation design competition approaches its final round, two private companies have been working independently to pull together their own versions of a hyperloop transport system.

Hyperloop Transportation Technologies is one of those two companies. So far, the American-based company has only produced renderings of its hyperloop pod, or the sleek cylindrical vessel meant to get passengers from point A to point B by hurtling through low-pressures tubes at speeds topping 700 mph.

If nothing else, HTT's renderings of the pod give us a taste of what the consumer experience in a hyperloop pod might be like. And the interior kind of looks luxurious, if a bit cramped.

HTT is slated to start building its own Hyperloop test track in California's Quay Valley later this year.
