Axis Bank Reappoints Shikha Sharma As MD and CEO

“The Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on January 16, 2015 has reappointed Shikha Sharma as managing director and CEO of the Bank for a further period of three years from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2018. The re-appointment is subject to approval of the Reserve Bank of India and the shareholders of the Bank,” said the company in a letter to the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
