Haptik-the chat based personal assistant just got an upgraded version -5.0. the new version has several new and improved features like bot library, smart wallet and faster response time to the artificial intelligence-powered Haptik app

The smart-wallet will let users to complete commercial transactions with a single tap without having to leave the chat interface and the new version also features an expanded partner ecosystem of over 25 category-leading brands across segments like Uber, Zomato, BookMyShow, Goibibo, Cleartrip and UrbanClap.

The new version app also has a 'Genius Mode' that allows personalisation of services and offerings.

The feature curates and recommends services and offerings based on users' transaction history on the app and can be turned off by users.

The average response time too has been reduced to less than 20 seconds, claims Haptik.

Commenting on the launch, Aakrit Vaish, CEO, Haptik said, "Conversational Commerce and Chatbots have been the trending topics for a better part of 2016 and we believe that it is all the more relevant for the Indian market which is very different when compared to other developed or emerging markets.
