This technique will work on any Android device running on Android version 4.1+ since Google Now does not work on the versions below this.

If you do not have Google Search App, download and install it on your device. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox&hl=en

Download and install the App Open Mic+ For Google Now App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.RSen.OpenMic.Pheonix&hl=en

Once they are installed, open the app Open Mic+ For Google Now.

When you open the app, you will see the warning indicators that asks you to turn off Google Now Hot word Detection. Go to Settings > Voice > OK Google Detection > Turn it Off.

Now Go back to Open Mic+ For Google Now App and tap on the Bay Area using a pencil icon.

You can type in the command of your choice now for which you want Google to respond. Once you have typed, hit on Set.

Once set, you can click on the Play button.

Now your new command is active and you can wake Google by using this new custom command you invented.
