Good mentors are invaluable to improve your performance, providing an an entrepreneurial advantage to help you with insights and with options that best resolve your challenges. Naturally, everyone have a different way of doing things (and that’s a good thing) but listen as though as you are a sponge and go on to define your own style as you increase your experience.
