Not being able to hide the default iPhone apps is a real annoyance to Apple users.

iPhone researcher Jose Rodriguez has discovered a way to hide un-wanted iPhone apps, something that bugs millions of users.

Apple includes 30 applications with the iPhone and none of them can be deleted. Many iPhone owners have resorted to creating an "Apple" folder that contains un-used and un-removeable apps. 

Apple CEO Tim Cook, has vaguely hinted that the company may be working on a way to remove the default apps that come with the iPhone and iPad, but in the mean time there is still no way to do it with Apple's permission.
