Pharma Major Glenmark Announces Hocine Sidi-Said’s Exit From Board

Drug maker Glenmark Pharmaceutical Ltd has informed National Stock Exchange (NSE) that their non executive director Hocine Sidi-Said, has put in his papers in the company. Hocine had resigned on November 25, 2014.

Hocine has now joined Pharma International, a one of the leading generic pharmaceutical firm in Jordan, as the chief executive officer since November 2014. The company is backed by private equity and has a special focus on emerging markets.

Hocine had also founded advisory and investment firm called Bio-nAbler in 2009. Previously, he has served other pharmaceutical majors such as Moksha8 and Pfizer and has nearly 25 years of experience across emerging markets.

Hocine had joined Glenmark’s Board in December 2009.
