Perception is a rather odd thing. While it may or may not have any resemblance to the actual reality, there is no denying it drastically impacts the idea people have of the place, or the people. It’s the same with professions. We tend to think that people from a certain demographic are gifted with certain traits that let them excel in a particular trade.
